Shipping Policy
How are items Shipped:
Items are shipped door to door via The Courier Guy for most shipments.
Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost – these will be reflected at check-out.

Upon receipt of payment and when payment has cleared with iNgane’s bank account, your purchase will be fulfilled and shipped.

Shipping Rates:
All shipping rates are live rates calculated through bobgo based on the weight of the items and the destination.
​
Free shipping is offered for orders above R1000.
​
Estimated Delivery Time:
Domestic orders usually arrive within 5-7 business days, while international orders may take 7-14 business days.
​
Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been shipped.
​
Terms and Conditions:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any additional fees incurred due to incorrect addresses will be the responsibility of the customer.
Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility:
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team to request a return authorization on 012 001 1208. Alternatively email us at: customercare@ingane.co.za

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Customers wishing to exchange an item should follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged / defective item. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.

Final Sale Items:
Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly stated in the product description.
